User License

The Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own devices. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Software. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions processed via Apple's App Store:

• Subscription prices and durations are displayed in the Software and may vary by region
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refund requests must be made directly to Apple according to their refund policy

You assume all risks associated with the use of the Software. The content and features provided by the Software are for wellness and convenience purposes only.

Without authorization, you may not:

• Use, copy, modify, or distribute the content and technology of the Software in any way
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Download content for offline use outside the Software's intended functionality
• Share your subscription access with others

You retain ownership of any content you create in the Software (mood records, playlists, etc.). Your user content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Disclaimer of Liability

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the applicability, reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Software. We provide the Software on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any direct or indirect damages or liabilities arising from the use of the Software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without prior notice. We may terminate your license to use the Software immediately if you violate any terms of this service statement.

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the Software does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software immediately ceases, and you must delete the Software from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or update notes in the App Store. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This service statement is governed by the laws and jurisdiction applicable to your location and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any disputes or controversies, you agree to submit them to the appropriate court for resolution.
